§ 2.3. Environment impact evaluation team

    The team includes engineers - specialists in conservation of mineral resources, environment protection and water conservation.
    The main task of this team is development of the parts of the projects devoted to nature protection, including such issues as evaluation of environment impact for prefeasibility and feasibility studies.

    To develop the sections, devoted to nature protection, the following software programmes are used: "ECOLOGIST" (Uniform Programme for Calculation of Harmful Substances Surface Concentration in Free Air), MPE-ECOLOGIST (Development of maximum permissible emissions tables for different operations), "Substances Directory ". Additionally there are used several programmes for evaluation of contaminants content in emissions of operations. All of them have a joint name "ECOLOGIST" but are different in application: evaluation of filling stations emissions, evaluation of carbon content in the emissions of the operations busy with oil products processing and storage; calculation of contaminants content in traffic emissions; the same of Blacksmith's Work, Battery Work, Mechanical Rubber Work, Medical Work, Boiler-houses, Welding, Metal-working, Mining, Discharge.
