§ 2.6. Engineering department

    The Engineering Department consists of 8 special-purpose teams: general layout and transport; metallic constructions; reinforced concrete constructions; heating and ventilation; water supply, sewerage systems and hydroengineering; power supply; power equipment for industrial operations and underground mining.
    The principal task of the department is designing of industrial operations, mainly metallurgical and mining ones. The department fulfils all scope of work in this area, beginning from prefeasibility study up to working drawings and other documentation. In its work the department uses modern certified computer software both for estimations and graphic work.
