    Gipronickel Institute numbers 1500 employees, 1157 thereof working as research officers and engineers. The Institute boasts of employing 8 Doctors of Sciences and 65 Candidates of Technical Sciences including 5 Professors, 3 Assistant Professors, 2 Academicians and 1 Correspondent Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

    Our HR policy is focused on qualified training of young professionals. In this regard, the key role belongs to the Institute's Post-graduate Courses. Besides, Gipronickel formed the Council of Young Specialists to assist and support newcomers to the Institute.
